Mike Anderson’s Healing Cancer from the Inside Out DVD contains information that will absolutely astound the viewer. Much of the information in this intensely researched documentary has never been revealed before. It will cause you to seriously re-evaluate the entire cancer issue.
Anderson challenges orthodox ideas. “If you think conventional treatments cure cancer. If you think diet cannot cure cancer…think again!”
The video is divided into 2 one-hour parts.
Section One deals with the medical approach to cancer. It reveals in devastating detail how current cancer treatments are not designed to cure the disease, but to bring in tons of money for those in the cancer business.

Before viewing this video, I knew a lot about the cancer industry, but had never realized how powerful the link was between cancer and money. You just can’t fathom the ruthless steps being taken to protect those getting rich at the expense of those diagnosed with cancer.
Section Two offers a way to hope. Anderson shows the viewer how to almost always reverse and even cure cancer as well as most other diseases through proper diet and lifestyle. Following are just a few of the quotes Section Two:

What Is Cancer And What Causes It?

In this Health Tip we are going to attempt to help people better understand what cancer really is, as well as causes it.
In an effort to help our readers better understand cancer, let’s go back to creation and begin there.
AFTER CREATION ALL HUMAN LIFE BEGAN AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL
The Bible tells us in Genesis 2:7, “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
After God created the first humans, Adam and Eve, all future human physical life began at the cellular level. An egg cell from the mother and a sperm cell from the father join together at conception. These two cells begin to multiply rapidly. The two cells become four cells; then eight, then 16, then 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, etc., until an entirely new physical body had been formed.
Everything the human physical body is comprised of is living cells. That means our hair, nails, blood, bone, muscle, heart, immune system, and every other pieces part. By the time this new physical body is fully developed in mother’s womb, it is comprised of approximately 100 trillion living cells.
Once the body has been fully formed and has reached its full complement of cells, this extremely rapid proliferation of new cells is designed by God to cease. It is only supposed to replace (replicate) existing cells with new cells (old cells dying and being replaced with new cells) at the rate of approximately 300 million per minute for the rest of its life.
God made our body to constantly replace old cells with new ones. But there is something of vital importance that we must understand. As these old cells are replaced, the quality of the new cell is dependent on the building materials available to it as it replicates.
Providing quality building materials for these living cells as they die and replace should be of highest priority for each of us. The quality of new cells is determined by us, not by God, nor by anyone else.
WHAT WE EAT AND DRINK DETERMINES CELL QUALITY
The key to health and length of life is what we place into our body for nourishment each and every day. New cells are fueled at a rate of 300 million per minute by what we eat and drink.
To gain a better understanding of how God intended us to nourish these living cells we need to go back to the first two chapters of Genesis. After God had created Adam (See Genesis 1:27 and Genesis 2:7), He placed him in a Garden (See Genesis 2:8-9), and instructed him about what he was to eat in order to provide proper nourishment for the living cells of which his body was comprised (Genesis 1:29).
What did this diet consist of? Here is the first part of the key: it consisted of 100% plant-sourced foods. There were absolutely no animal source foods, refined sugar, refined flour, etc. in the original diet.
“and God said, Behold, I have given you every herb [vegetable] bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat [food].”
Genesis 1:29
And here is the second part of the key. These garden foods were in their natural, raw, living form, as served up by nature. How do we know they were not cooked? Fire had not yet been discovered.
It is also worth noting that all the animal creations of God in the wild, since creation to this present day, instinctively consume their food in its natural, raw, living form as served up by nature. Sadly man has lost this natural instinct to eat raw food. Today we cook most of our food before consuming it. In addition, man has added numerous non-garden foods to his diet.
ALL COOKED FOOD IS DEAD FOOD
Cooked food is devoid of its enzymes and thus devoid of its life form. Because it is dead, it does not provide living replacement cells with the quality building materials necessary to build a strong and vibrant new cell. Thus the new cell is weaker than the cell it is replacing.
This results in a slow degeneration of the entire cellular structure of the body. The longer a person remains on this dead, cooked-food diet, the greater the breakdown of the body’s cellular structure.
BUT WHAT IS CANCER?
A large part of my library is devoted to the subject of cancer. Some of these books say that cancer is caused by bacteria. Others say it is caused by parasites, or by toxic substances in our air, water and food. Still others say cancer is the judgment of God.
Since I was first told I had cancer way back in 1976, I have been researching this subject. After almost 35 years of research, I have boiled it down to this answer
Cancer is nothing more or less than cells multiplying out of control.
No matter what name the medical community gives it, all cancer cells are merely maverick or misbehaving cells.
FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE
Take a close look at the beautiful God-made body we each possess. Our entire physical body is made up of living cells. As we said earlier, there are approximately 100 trillion of them!
Science tells us that within one year, some 98% of the cells that comprise our physical body today will have been replaced.
In the regeneration process, every once in a while a new cell loses control and becomes a maverick. This is normal and natural. We all have them.
Fortunately, God made provision for the destruction of these maverick cells. “T” cells within our blood search out and destroy mavericks before they can develop into a cancer cell. These “T” cells are scavenger cells put there by God to protect us.
The Standard American Diet (SAD) is comprised of cooked meat, cooked dairy, cooked refined flour, cooked sugars and salt and caffeine. Rhonda calls this “Satan’s Alternative Diet.” When we eat this way, we are not providing our living cells with the building materials necessary to produce another healthy living cell.
Cooked foods provide the body with junk building materials, devoid of life. This produces cells that are weaker than those they are replacing. The result is a slow but steady decline at the cellular level of our body. This decline continues as long as we continue to provide the body’s cells with inferior building materials.
Our immune system, which protects us from germs, viruses and bacteria, is also compromised when we consume cooked food. It too becomes weaker, less efficient and less protective the longer we remain on a primarily cooked food diet.
At the same time we are under-nourishing our living cells, we also add large amounts of garbage (I can’t think of a better way to describe the SAD diet). Our bodies become littered junkyards of dead debris and toxic materials.
Our bodies then have the monumental task of not only trying to clean up the debris and overcoming all these toxins, but also trying to do it with a weakened and inefficient immune system.
WHERE CANCER HAS ITS BEGINNING
When our body becomes overwhelmed with toxins and our weakened immune system can no longer cope, a maverick cell may not be sought out and disposed of by the body’s “T” cells, as God designed.
So what happens to that maverick cell that escaped detection? It starts to grow and split, grow and split. Depending on the location of where this growing and splitting takes place, cancer may begin.
We all have maverick cells with the potential of ultimately becoming cancer cells. However, if our immune system is kept strong and functioning properly with a raw, plant-based diet, including lots of freshly extracted raw vegetable juices, the body will be strong enough to naturally seek out and dispose of them very nicely before they develop into cancer cells.
HOW THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY DEALS WITH THESE OUT OF CONTROL CELLS
The medical community has some 110 different names for cancer. Depending on the location, it can be called brain cancer, breast cancer, bone cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, thyroid cancer, and the list goes on. But all cancers, no matter their location, are merely maverick cells growing and splitting out of control.
Medical schools teach that the only way to deal with cancer cells is aggressively, using such modalities as chemotherapy (a toxic poison), radiation (burning), and/or surgery (removal).
Chemotherapy involves using extremely toxic, poisonous chemicals derived from mustard gas and used to kill the enemy in World War I. This toxic chemical has never been tested in double blind studies as to its efficacy. Unbelievably, chemotherapy has been shown to be potentially capable of creating cancer in a non-cancerous person.
Sadly, the only modalities a medical doctor has been taught to use, and in most states can legally use, are those that either poison the cancer cells, burn out the cancer cells, or cut out the cancer cells. If these aggressive immune system damaging modalities are not successful in stopping the cancers growth, the patient is usually pronounced terminal and often given only months or a few years to live.
In some states here in the United States of America, if a doctor uses any other modality (including nutrition) other than the poisoning, burning or cutting to subdue a cancer, the doctor can lose his or her license, be fined, and possibly even go to jail.
IS THERE A BETTER WAY THAN THE WORLD’S WAY OF DEALING WITH CANCER?
Absolutely! And that better way is what we teach here at Hallelujah Acres. We teach that almost every physical problem we experience, including cancer, is merely a toxic body, reacting to an improper diet and lifestyle with a weakened immune system.
We suggest that rather than further weakening the immune system with toxic chemicals, burning radiation, or cutting out body parts with surgery, a far better approach is to stop consuming toxic and dead foods that originally set the stage for cancer.
When we switch to raw, living, plant-based foods that will rebuild the immune system, they body can do what God designed it to, which is heal itself!
How to Reduce Your Cancer Risk to Almost Zero

This week we are going to deal with the subject of cancer, a disease that strikes fear in the hearts of those diagnosed, as well as in the hearts of the loved ones of those diagnosed.
Is cancer something we need to fear or is there a way to prevent cancer? Can we eliminate our potential of ever hearing those words from the doctor: “You Have Cancer?”
WHY ARE THE SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL FIELDS STILL SEARCHING FOR A CURE?
In 1971 the then President of the United States Richard Nixon signed the Conquest of Cancer Act, thereby officially inaugurating what became known as the “War on Cancer.”
Yet here we are today, nearly 40 years after this War on Cancer was declared and has been enjoined by such organizations as the Cancer Institute, The American Cancer Society and others. After spending over 200 Billion of taxpayers’ dollars on cancer research, we find ourselves no closer to obtaining victory over cancer then when the War on Cancer began.
Experts in the scientific and medical fields tell us that they are winning the war on cancer and keep encouraging the funding of their efforts.
The facts are that after all these years and after spending all this money, more people are experiencing and dying of cancer than before the War on Cancer began. Among our children, cancer is now the number one cause of death.
Something is seriously wrong here. What is it?
WAR ON CANCER LARGELY A FRAUD
Dr. Linus Pauling, two-time Nobel Prize winner, gives us a clue as to what is wrong, as well as why more people are experiencing and dying of cancer. He states: “Everyone should know the ‘War on Cancer’ is largely a fraud.”
Today, the treating of cancer is a huge business! Every 30 seconds another American is diagnosed with cancer. They spend an average of $40,000 (some over $100,000) trying to rid their body of the cancer, often exhausting life savings. What do they get for their money? Every 55 seconds another American dies of cancer.
A little research will reveal that almost all of the dollars spent thus far on the War on Cancer over the past 40 years has been spent on seeking a cure for cancer, rather than seeking its cause.
Why are we spending all this money seeking a cure when the Bible tells us in Proverbs 26:2 “the curse causeless shall not come.” Clearly in this passage, God is implying that cancer, along with almost every other physical problem a person experiences during his or her lifetime, will not occur without a cause.
Would you not think it more prudent to spend our monies seeking the cause of cancer so that people can know how to prevent cancer before it occurs, rather than putting all that money into looking for a cure after a person has already been diagnosed?
But then we must realize that if people knew and eliminated the cause of cancer, and people were no longer being diagnosed with cancer, the monies available for seeking a cure would soon dry up. Thus the funds for the extremely lucrative cancer research and treatment business would dry up.
All the evidence points to an industry that does not want people to realize the true cause of physical breakdowns. That would be unprofitable to those in the business. And that my dear friend is the reason why, after nearly 40 years of cancer research, and after spending billions of dollars seeking a cancer cure, we are no closer to winning the War on Cancer than we were when it was declared.
For those who desire to see the documentation that the War on Cancer is a fraud as Dr. Linus Pauling claims, I encourage you to obtain and view the DVD “Healing Cancer from the Inside Out” by Mike Anderson.
WHAT DOES CANCER RESEARCH REVEAL?
While various government agencies, as well as the Cancer Institute and the American Cancer Society, are looking for a cure for cancer, there has been some independent research going on seeking the cause.
Dr. Gio B. Gori, the Deputy Director of the National Cancer Institute’s Division of Cancer Cause and Prevention, testified the following before a Senate Select Committee.
“Nutritional science is coming of age… No other field of research seems to hold better promise for the prevention and control of cancer and other illness, and for securing and maintaining human health…
“Until recently, many eyebrows would have been raised by suggesting that an imbalance of normal dietary components could lead to cancer and cardiovascular disease…Today, the accumulation of…evidence…makes this notion not only possible but certain… [the] dietary factors responsible [are] principally meat and fat intake.”
John Robbins, in his book Diet for a New America, through the use of many charts and graphs, shows that countries with the highest consumption of animal source foods show the highest rates of breast, prostate, colon, cervical, uterine, ovarian, as well as numerous other cancers.
Following is a quote from this book.
“The war on cancer is a tragedy. Billions upon billions of dollars are being spent to develop and apply treatments that are invasive, expensive, painful, often mutilating, and in many cases of little benefit. Meanwhile, most of us are unknowingly increasing the probability of cancer with our every meal.
“The more I’ve learned about diet and cancer, the more stunned I’ve been at our ignorance of their close relationship. We do not have to quake helplessly in the face of cancer, ‘hoping’ to escape its clutches. We do not have to sit by passively, watching our loved ones succumb to this disease. We do not have to spend our life savings, undergoing painful and devastating treatments that do little or no good. We are blessed now with the knowledge, which enables us to make clear, life-giving choices.”
WHAT DR. CAMPBELL’S RESEARCH REVEALS
No researcher in history has done more research on the relationship of diet to disease than Dr. T. Colin Campbell, PhD, of Cornell University in New York State. Following are a few excerpts from Dr. Campbell’s book, The China Study, a book I recommend highly to all who are interested in learning the science supporting the relationship of diet to cancer as well as most other diseases.
“What made the project especially remarkable is that, among the many associations that are relevant to diet and disease, so many pointed to the same findings: People who ate the most animal-based foods got the most chronic disease. Even relatively small intakes of animal based food were associated with adverse effects. People who ate the most plant-based foods were the healthiest and tended to avoid chronic disease.” (Page 7)
“If we are male in this country, The American Cancer Society says that you have a 47% chance of getting cancer. If you are female, you fare a little better, but you still have a whopping 38% lifetime chance of getting cancer. The rates at which we die from cancer are among the highest in the world, and it has been getting worse. Despite over 30 years of the massively funded ‘War on Cancer’, we have made little progress. Contrary to what many believe, cancer is not a natural event. Adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle can prevent the majority of cancers in the United States.” (Pages 12-13)
“The American people need to know the truth. They need to know what we have uncovered in our research. People need to know why we are unnecessarily sick, why too many of us die early despite the billions spent on research. The irony is that the solution is simple and inexpensive. The answer to the American health crisis is the food that each of us chooses to put in our mouths each day. It’s as simple as that.” (Page 19)
“So what is my prescription for good health? In short, it is about the multiple health benefits of consuming plant based foods, and the largely unappreciated health dangers of consuming animal based foods, including all types of meat, dairy and eggs.” (Page 21)
“Impressive evidence now exists to show that advanced heart disease, relatively advanced cancers of certain types, diabetes and a few other degenerative diseases can be reversed by diet.” (Page 23)
“One of the more exciting benefits of good nutrition is the prevention of diseases that are thought to be due to genetic predisposition. We now know that we can largely avoid these ‘genetic’ diseases even though we may harbor the gene that is responsible for the disease… In my own laboratory we have shown in experimental animals that cancer growth can be turned on and off by nutrition, despite very strong genetic predisposition… Eating the right way not only prevents disease but also generates health and a sense of well-being, both physically and mentally.” (Page 23)
“My journey in science over the past forty-five years has convinced me that it is now more urgent than ever to show how people can avoid these tragedies. The science is there and it must be made known. We cannot let the status quo go unchallenged and watch our loved ones suffer unnecessarily. It is time to stand up, clear the air and take control of our health.” (Page 25)
“Almost all diet books on store shelves are variations of this one theme: ‘eat as much protein, meat and fat as you want… eating this way is perhaps the single greatest threat to American health we currently face.” (Page 95)
“At the end of the day, the strength and consistency of the majority of the evidence is enough to draw valid conclusions. Namely, whole plant-based foods are beneficial, and animal based foods are not.” (Page 107)
“There is no such thing as a special diet for cancer and a different, equally special diet for heart disease. The evidence now amassed from researchers around the world shows that the same diet that is good for the prevention of cancer is also good for the prevention of heart disease, as well as obesity, diabetes, cataracts, macular degeneration, osteoporosis and other diseases. Furthermore, this diet can only benefit everyone, regardless of his or her genes or personal disposition.” (Pages 109-110)
“All of these diseases, and others, spring forth from the same influence: an unhealthy, largely toxic diet and lifestyle that has an excess of sickness-promoting factors and a deficiency of health-promoting factors. In other words, the Western diet. Conversely, there is one diet to counteract all of these diseases: a whole foods, plant based diet… When a whole food, plant-based diet is demonstrably beneficial for such a wide variety of diseases, is it possible that humans were meant to consume any other diet? I say no, and I think you’ll agree.” (Page 110)
Isn’t it interesting, that Dr. Campbell, after nearly 50 years of scientific research into the relationship of diet to disease, ends up promoting the very same diet God gave His human creation in Genesis 1:29? Why has it taken man so long to realize that God had it right from the very beginning, while man has had it so wrong for so long? The current problem is that while Dr. Campbell has scientifically proven God had it right, and Hallelujah Acres has been proclaiming God had it right for almost 19 years, the majority of people have not yet heard, while others who have heard, sadly have not headed the message.

The dining room walls have been painted with beautiful pastel colors and decorated with gorgeous tapestries. Old-time lighting fixtures dangle from the ceiling as soft Christian music provides a peaceful ambiance.
A kind and caring wait staff are there to take your order in a dining room that will seat almost 100 people. Often you can get right in, but some days there is a brief wait for a table.
Our menu is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and contains offerings to please the most discriminating palate. Dishes include gorgeous salads, pizza (my favorite), Taco Salads and so much more. And you can end your meal with (believe it or not) desserts of cheesecake, apple pie ala mode and more – all Hallelujah Diet approved!

In the kitchen preparing the food we have Executive Chef Kirk Talley and his dedicated crew.
Chef Talley had 20 years in food service prior to joining us. He has served as chef in two different country clubs. Although he had no previous experience in vegetarian cuisine, he has taken to it like a duck to water and is producing some of the most taste tantalizing dishes I have ever had my palate tickled with, using mostly organic produce.
As people learn about the Hallelujah Acres Café they are traveling from further and further distances. When in town, I try to spend an hour or so in the Café each day greeting and welcoming first-timers.
Recently, I talked with a couple who had just learned about the Hallelujah Acres Café a few days before and had driven from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a four-hour drive each way, just to have lunch and visit Hallelujah Acres for the very first time. The next day a family told me that they had driven 3 ½ hours each way to have lunch at the Café.
Here at Hallelujah Acres we also provide a separate dining room for special events and business meetings. The Chamber of Commerce, ladies groups, Church groups, and others use this room for their meetings while enjoying a delicious meal.
All our offerings are plant-based, which means there is no animal flesh or dairy contained in anything on the menu. Our cheeses are made with nuts and seeds and are absolutely delicious. You will not find refined sugar, refined grains, caffeine, or table salt in any of the offerings.
You may ask, how can anything not containing something from an animal or containing no refined sugar or table salt taste so wonderful? All I can say is “come and see for yourself!”

How to Reduce Your Potential for a Heart Attack By 97%

On July 13, 2010, New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner died following a massive heart attack.
“Yankees owner George Steinbrenner dies at 80… He had just celebrated his 80th birthday July 4. Steinbrenner had a heart attack… and died at about 6:30 on July 13, 2010… Steinbrenner was in fragile health for years… Steinbrenner had fainted at a memorial service for NFL star Otto Graham in 2003, appeared weak in 2006… Still, the former Big Ten football coach took umbrage when others questioned his fitness. ‘No I did not have a stroke, I am not ill. I work out daily’ Steinbrenner said in 2006. ‘I’d like to see people who are saying that to come down here and do the workout that I do.”
George Steinbrenner was not the first, nor will he be the last American to die as a result of a heart attack or stroke. In fact, nearly 50% of all deaths in America today are due to a heart attack or a stroke.
In America, every 30 seconds someone has a heart attack. This results in approximately 1.5 million Americans suffering a heart attack or myocardial infarction (MI) each year, while nearly 500,000 of them die as a result. And these heart attacks and strokes are occurring at earlier and earlier ages.
Last week in Health Tip #664 I shared a letter from Evelyn, who wrote, “Rev. Malkmus, last night a relative passed away from a massive heart attack. He was only 39 years old.” My own dad suffered his first heart attack at age 42, and after suffering several additional mild heart attacks and strokes, died of a massive heart attack at age 65. Recently, I learned of a pastor who died of a massive heart attack at the age of 45.
Dr. Joel Fuhrman, a medical doctor, in his book Eat To Live, had the following to say regarding heart attacks.
“Every one of those heart attacks is a terrible tragedy, as it could have been avoided. So many people die needlessly because of wrong, weak, and practically worthless information from the government, physicians, dietitians, and even health authorities like the American Heart Association. Conventional guidelines are simply insufficient to offer real protection for those wanting to protect themselves from heart disease.”
“If you are an American over the age of forty, your chance of having atherosclerosis (hardening) of your blood vessels is over 95 percent. You may think, ‘Heart disease won’t happen to me!’ But I have news for you: It has already happened, and your chance of dying from a heart attack because of your atherosclerosis is about 50 percent. Your exercise program and your Americanized low-fat diet won’t help you much, either.”
“A Vegetarian Diet Can Prevent 97% Of Our Coronary Occlusions”
Can you guess where this quote was found? This is a quote from The Journal of the American Medical Association, Vol. 176, No. 9, dated June 3, 1961, page 806. Almost 50 years ago, the American Medical Association knew that a well planned vegetarian diet could prevent most heart attacks. Why hasn’t the public been made aware of this information?
Next, let me quote from John Robbins book Diet For A New America.
“We know today how to prevent heart attacks and strokes. We know how to prevent the killers that account for half of the deaths in the United States every year. But most of us, thanks to the dedicated endeavors of the meat, dairy and egg industries, have not gotten the good news.
“We still think we must eat animal products in order to be healthy. We still think heart attacks and strokes are a regrettable but more or less inevitable byproduct that comes with living well and growing old. The heart attack has become so much a part of American life as to virtually be an institution. We take heart attacks for granted. Few of us know that our passive attitude is perpetuated by the deliberate efforts of those who profit from our STAYING HOOKED ON THE FOODS THAT CAUSE HEART DISEASE.
“As long as we remain passive we cannot make the real choices that empower us. Although there are people who do not want us to make such choices and are willing to do almost anything to confuse us, we now have for the first time in history, sufficient knowledge to take control over our bodies and our lives. Now we can make food choices which we know will dramatically improve the health of our cardiovascular system and prevent heart disease and strokes.”
AVERAGE FOUR YEAR OLD ALREADY HAS PLAQUE BUILDUP IN ARTERIES
Today, the average four-year-old already has plaque buildup in their arteries, while 75% of children between the ages of four and eleven already have signs of heart disease. During the Vietnam War, autopsies on soldiers who died on the battlefield revealed many had a 50% blockage while one out of twenty men had so much plaque buildup that 90% of an artery was blocked.
Arterial Plaque buildup can be defined thusly: “an abnormal hardened deposit on the inner wall of an artery.” Arteries are the part of the human circulatory system that carries blood to and from the heart and into capillaries. Exchange of oxygen, nutrients, and waste material takes place across capillary walls.
The interior of arteries should be smooth and unobstructed, but as one ages, if they consume a diet high in animal fat, a sticky substance commonly called plaque can develop and build up on the interior arterial walls. This plaque is comprised of fatty acids, calcium, and fibrous connective tissue. Veins do not develop atherosclerosis, unless surgically moved to function as an artery, as in bypass surgery.
This plaque and fat buildup in the arteries is the cause of high blood pressure. It is the reason doctors tell patient they have to take high blood pressure medication to lower their blood pressure. This plaque and fat buildup is also the reason doctors tell patients they have need for emergency surgery in order to install stents and perform bi-passes. This plaque and fat buildup is also the cause of nearly half of all deaths in America.
WHERE DOES ALL OF THIS FAT AND PLAQUE COME FROM?
Friend, that buildup of fat and plaque in the arteries didn’t come from nowhere! Rather it was placed into the body by the person experiencing the buildup. This buildup comes from what a person eats and drinks! That’s right! All of the ingredients of that buildup in the arteries came from something the person put into their own body. They are simply reaping what they have sown.
And let me emphasize that this buildup has nothing whatsoever to do with genes. It has everything to do with what a person eats and drinks. We live in a day when those who haven’t a clue as to why a person develops a particular physical problem, in their ignorance, places blame on genes. But the culprit is not genes. It is diet.
The Bible implies in Proverbs 26:2 that this build up in the arteries did not just happen, but actually had a cause. Here is how the Bible explains it. “The curse causeless shall not come.”
In other words, the curse of the narrowing of those arteries by that fat and plaque buildup had a cause. Sadly, in today’s society, we do not seek out the cause of high blood pressure or that fat and plaque buildup, but rather deal exclusively with the symptom.
So the next time the doctor says, “I’m sorry friend, I have to give you a drug to lower or control your high blood pressure”, or the next time you have a pain in your chest and the doctor wants to rush you into by-pass surgery to give you new tubing to bypass the clogged artery, or stents to force open the artery blocked by fat, to allow more blood to flow in order to keep you alive, remember who created the condition.
But here is the good news! In most instances, you can eliminate the need for high blood pressure medicine, or even stent, or by-pass, by simply taking personal control and changing what you eat and drink. This puts you in control of the problem and not the doctor. Stop putting the animal fat into your body and the body will immediately set about removing that fat and plaque buildup on its own without doctor’s help.
The Bible explains how you got into this situation and how you can get out in Galatians 6:7: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” In other words, the law of sowing and reaping can be a curse or a blessing. This gives you the ability to choose the end result.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CHOOSE A CHEESEBURGER, FRY & SHAKE?
About an hour after you go to a fast-food restaurant and consume a cheeseburger, fry, and milk shake, if you were to have your blood drawn and placed in a glass test tube, and allowed to settle, it wouldn’t be long before you would see in the bottom of the test tube red blood and floating on the top of the blood you would see an inch or so of yellow and white fat.
Where did all that fat come from? Friend, it didn’t come from nowhere! Rather it came from the fat in the hamburger and the fat in the cheese, the fat in the milk shake, and the fat in the fries. Remember, we just learned that “the curse causeless shall not come.” Sadly, we have now introduced the curse into our body.
If you were to tilt the glass test tube, you would see the fat floating on the blood actually clings to the wall of the test tube. Most do not realize that every bit of fat they consume passes into the blood, but it doesn’t all pass out of the blood. Some of that left behind fat starts to slough off and build up on the arterial wall, thus restricting blood flow.
This causes the heart to have to pump harder in order to push the blood through that buildup of fat coating the arterial wall. This fat buildup is the cause the high blood pressure, for which the doctor prescribes a drug. Does the drug correct the cause of the high blood pressure or does the drug prevent the continued build up of fat on the arterial wall? No way!
Nor do by-pass surgery or stents correct the problem more than temporarily. For those who have these types of surgeries, if they continue to consume animal products containing animal fat, they will usually have additional need for stents or by-passes as the buildup continues and ultimately leads to a fatal heart attack or stroke.
Over time, this fat is joined with calcium and other minerals from the high mineral content of the ground water most people drink and the inorganic calcium found in many calcium supplements, and starts to mix with the fat and starts to harden the fat already lining the arterial walls. This mineral laden fat becomes plaque.
HOW TO REDUCE YOUR POTENTIAL FOR A HEART ATTACK BY 97%
Dr. T. Colin Campbell, PhD, Cornell University, author of The China Study had the following to say on pages 130-132 of his book.

“We now know what is true: a whole food, plant-based diet can prevent and treat heart disease, saving hundreds of thousands of Americans every year. . . . Now is the time of great hope and challenge, a time when people can control their health. . . .”
Dr. Joel Fuhrman, author of Eat To Live, concludes:
“The ideal diet for heart disease reversal is free of saturated fat, Tran’s fat, and cholesterol; and rich in nutrients and fiber; and low in calories. . . . Chicken is almost as dangerous for the heart as red meat; switching from red meat to white meat does not lower cholesterol sufficiently and does not contain adequate heart-protective factors. . . . Numerous studies have documented that heart disease is reversible for the majority of patients following a vegetarian diet.”

The Hallelujah Acres diet which we have been proclaiming for the past 20 years and the diet promoted by Dr. Campbell, Dr. Fuhrman, and John Robbins is very similar to the Genesis 1:29 diet.
Might it be that God was and is far wiser than we humans? I personally listened to God and adopted the same diet God gave Adam almost 35 years ago and have already outlived my dad by over 10 years. Dad died of a massive heart attack at age 65. I will be 77 on my next birthday. If the cause of a heart attack is in the genes, I should have been dead years ago. Instead, today, I have a lean, muscular, physical body capable of doing anything physically I could do at the age of 20.
